We aim:

1 - To Improve the lot of horse racing
2 - To encourage friendly relations among the racing public and the professionals.
3 - To Protect the public against arbitrary or illegal practices.
4 - To organize social events.
5 - To award honorary prizes to the winners of main racing events.
6 - To make contributions to charity, from the club's funds.
7 - To keep the racing public informed about the goings-on in the world of racing, with special editions and the web.
8 - To represent the racegoers in all decision making bodies on horse racing matters.
9 - To cooperate with the horse racing authorities to ensure high quality transport to the racecourse, accomodation facilities and the creation of a special members area in the race course.
10 - To cooperate with all types of businesses and professionals who wish to offer discounts to our members (e.g. in
relation to transport, hotel accomodation, horse racing publications, internet services).
11 - To create offices and extensions of PAN.E.FIL. in various localities in Greece.
12 - To cooperate with the national authorities for the purpose of controlling illegal activities or illegal omissions in relation wth horse racing.
