PAN.E.FIL. (Panhellenic Union of racegoers) is a non-profit organization, open to all racegoers, deidicated to the advancement of horse racing in Greece. It was founded on the 4th of May 1999 and received the approval of the Civil court of Athens (court decision 3644/99).

We invite you all - with your participation it is certain our objectives wil be fulfilled.
